The journey was not so relaxing from a small town Chaatwala to becoming a famous Chaat Shop in Kolkata. Chaat Brothers have started their journey from a village Called Hattori Koti in Darbanga Zila. Mr. Shree Charan Shaw and his wife are farmers by occupation. Due to some financial crisis, they are not able to continue their son's education. To survive Shree Charan Shaw opened a Chaat Stall outside the station. Their son Bharat Shaw helped his father in his business and learned from him. They used to sell only two items Papdi Chaat and Fuchka. Bharat always wanted to do something new, something unique. So he tried to mix and match some recipes and created a unique combination and taste. Mr. Sanjit Shaw (The son of Bharat Shaw & also the Present Owner of Chat Brothers) gave wings to his business with a modern touch of architecture and contemporary taste in a unique traditional way. He decided to flaunt his father's amazing recipes all over India. He opened a mini stall in Baguiati, Kolkata. Within a few days, his stall became a sensation for Chaat Lovers. He maintains a pure rustic culture in his shop, He participates in so many cooking competitions and introduced Kurkure Chaat first time in Kolkata.
